Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chicken breasts.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is bubbly and golden.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
For best results, marinate chicken in spices for an hour before cooking. Ensure even cooking by flattening chicken breasts slightly. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
