Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and diced celery.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or on bread.
Notes
Let the bake stand for five minutes after baking for easier scooping. Use a spatula to press the mixture into an even layer for uniform heating. Adjust salt after baking.
