  • 1 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with Greek yogurt mixed with herbs.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Freshness is key.
  • 1 cup celery, diced Dice finely for even bites.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional) Can substitute with crumbled feta or omitted.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions and diced celery.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips or on bread.

Notes

Let the bake stand for five minutes after baking for easier scooping. Use a spatula to press the mixture into an even layer for uniform heating. Adjust salt after baking.
