Preparation

- Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
- Top the smashed avocado with shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and gently press.
Cooking
- Cook the sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
For the best results, use freshly mashed avocado to prevent browning. This sandwich can be enjoyed warm, chilled, or even on a picnic.
