Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, smoked turkey, green onions, rice or pasta, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  4. Optional: sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a creamier bake, stir in milk or cream. Let the casserole rest after baking for better slicing.
