  • 1 cup cauliflower florets Fresh or lightly steamed keeps its bite; ensure even cooking.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Full-fat for richness; soften for smooth mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add more for a cheesier casserole.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Add more for creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Mixing and baking method keeps hands-on time short and cleanup simple. If the casserole is cold from the fridge, add 5-10 minutes to the baking time.
