Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) so it’s hot and ready for the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until chicken is fully coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While chicken cooks, lay a tortilla flat and layer on the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling to create a secure wrap and return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Remove wraps from the air fryer, slice in half, and serve warm with extra lettuce or your side of choice.
Notes
Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
