Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, spreading them out evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes over the chicken.
  3. Pour the low-sodium chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for 4-5 hours.
Cooking
  1. Shred the chicken and stir in the cream cheese and grated parmesan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
