  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Fresh herbs can be used at the end for a vibrant finish.
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil Dried herbs give consistency in flavor during cooking.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving Adds brightness to the dish.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet.
  4. Stir in dried oregano and basil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes more.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best texture, avoid crowding the pan and cook in a single layer. Use a hot pan for better browning.
