  • 1/4 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup or agave.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount to taste for a milder version.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. On a sheet pan, combine turkey kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions, spreading them out for better browning.
Cooking
  1. Drizzle honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat evenly.
  2. Spread everything in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  3. Cook until kielbasa is caramelized and vegetables are tender.
