- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- On a sheet pan, combine turkey kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions, spreading them out for better browning.
Cooking
- Drizzle honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat evenly.
- Spread everything in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Cook until kielbasa is caramelized and vegetables are tender.
Serving
- Serve warm with optional veggie swaps and a squeeze of lemon or fresh herbs.
Notes
For meal prep, slice kielbasa and chop vegetables up to a day ahead. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
