- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Mix in the ground meat, cooking until browned evenly.
- Add diced potatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in enough water to cover the mixture and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
Stir occasionally while cooking to prevent sticking. Consider adding peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
