Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs and milk in another, and pretzel crumbs in a third.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and coat thoroughly with pretzel crumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine mustard, cheddar cheese, and a splash of milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
