Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 6-7 pieces crispy chicken tenders, cooked according to package directions Opt for quality chicken tenders for the best flavor.
  • 6 pieces flour tortillas Look for larger tortillas for better wrapping.
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce Fresh and firm for crunch.
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices Choose vibrant tomatoes.
  • 1 pkg frozen corn, thawed Thawed for sweetness.
  • 1 Tbsp oil For cooking corn.
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed Ensure complete drainage.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp cumin

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven according to package directions and bake chicken strips until crispy and golden.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors blend.
  3. Heat oil in a small skillet and add the thawed corn, cooking until it achieves a light golden color. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Take the baked chicken from the oven and cut it into small strips for easy wrapping.
Assembly
  1. To assemble your chicken wraps, spread a couple of tablespoons of the southwest dressing onto the lower half of the tortilla.
  2. Layer with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black beans, cooked corn, chicken strips, and drizzle additional dressing on top.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly, slice it in half, and serve with a side of the southwest dressing.

Notes

For a balanced bite, be mindful of how you layer your ingredients. Adjust spice levels in the dressing if preferred.
