Preparation
- Preheat oven according to package directions and bake chicken strips until crispy and golden.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors blend.
- Heat oil in a small skillet and add the thawed corn, cooking until it achieves a light golden color. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Take the baked chicken from the oven and cut it into small strips for easy wrapping.
Assembly
- To assemble your chicken wraps, spread a couple of tablespoons of the southwest dressing onto the lower half of the tortilla.
- Layer with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black beans, cooked corn, chicken strips, and drizzle additional dressing on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, slice it in half, and serve with a side of the southwest dressing.
