- Stir in apple cider vinegar, water, ketchup, paprika, sriracha, hot chili paste, chili powder, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes until it thickens.
Chicken Preparation
- Rub chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Heat your grill to medium-low heat.
Grilling
- Place chicken thighs on the grill. Grill, turning every 3-4 minutes, until juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165-170°F.
- Baste chicken thighs generously with BBQ sauce during the last few turns.
Serving
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juiciness.
