  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables soften and become fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; add salt and pepper to taste for seasoning.
  4. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors together.
  5. Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture onto hamburger buns and top with crisp lettuce and juicy tomato slices before serving.
