  3. Add the chicken breasts along with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine everything well, ensuring the chicken is seasoned.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Remove the chicken from the pot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot along with the white beans and green chilies.
  2. Let everything simmer together for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

  1. If you’d like, stir in the sour cream for a creamy texture.
